Our fee is for handling and filing. The official county fee is shown separately, with no markup. Available in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
You bring the deed, power of attorney, lien or satisfaction already drafted and signed. We check the formatting the Clerk requires and submit it for recording. We do not draft the document. Plus the statutory county fee, which depends on the number of pages.
Request for certified copies or official records. Plus the county fee per page and per certification.
Marriage-license application prep. Plus the county fee (reduced with the premarital course).
Business-name registration on Sunbiz. Plus the state fee and the required newspaper ad, which varies by county.
Government fees are representative estimates and are confirmed with the Clerk before quoting. You pay official fees directly to the authority.
Court filing preparation
We also help complete and file certain Florida Supreme Court approved forms — for example, name change, small claims, residential eviction, and simplified dissolution of marriage. This service is preparation only: we type the information you give us onto the form and help you file it.

You decide, we prepare and file. We work from the information you give us and file with the Clerk of Courts for your county. Official forms are provided unaltered and are usually free on the county's site; our fee covers preparation, assisted completion, and handling.
