What you should know
Apostilles are for Hague Convention countries — like Spain, Mexico, or Ecuador. It's the seal that makes your US document valid there: US birth, marriage, or death certificates, FBI background checks, notarized documents and powers, diplomas, and more.
Cuba does not use apostilles. Documents for use in Cuba need consular legalization — a different process we also handle. Not sure which you need? Ask us — that check is free.
For Spanish citizenship: the US documents in your file (certificates, FBI check) must be apostilled — and if they're in English, also translated into Spanish. We do both in one place.
Before anything goes to the state, we review your document for free to confirm it's eligible (certified original or properly notarized) — so you don't lose time or money on rejections.
